June is National Iced Tea Month so celebrate with this refreshing and healthy twist on a glass of iced tea.
Makes 1 tall glass
1 cup chilled tea (I used SerendipiTea’s Black and Blue)
½ cup frozen strawberries
A few springs of fresh mint
3 ice cubes
Sweetener of your choice (I used 1 packet of stevia in the raw)
Combine all the ingredients in a blender until frothy and slushy. If it's to icy you can add a small amount of cold water so it blends more easily.
