I wanted to close out the week with a super simple and antioxidant rich drink perfect as a snack. I've dubbed this drink a cooler over calling it a smoothie because of the texture. It's not super thick but very refreshing. The pomegranate berry matcha mix from MotionMatcha works perfectly to give just the right amount of balance. Feel free to use what ever matcha you have just make sure to adjust the sweetness.
5 grams matcha powder (1 packet of MotionMatcha's "pomegranate berry matcha")
1 cup coconut water
1/4 cup of almond milk (or dairy/non-dairy of choice)
1/2 frozen banana
few sprigs of mint
1-2 tbsp honey
