A perfect recipe to calm that midday sweet tooth while adding protein and calcium to your day.
Makes 1 serving
1/3 cup low fat cottage cheese
1 tbsp chocolate protein powder
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 frozen banana
1 tbsp powdered peanut butter
pinch sea salt
Blend the above ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Pour into a glass and add the toppings. The pudding is slightly sweet with a nice peanut butter and chocolate flavor.
I topped mine with raw peanuts, shredded coconut and a swirl of strawberry preserves
